If you are interested in joining Boy Scouts, please fill out the Youth Application. Adult Leaders are always welcome, please fill out the Adult Application.

Permission Forms are required to be signed every year in March.

Youth Medical Forms are good for two years. It is advised that you get physicals right after the school year is over, then the physicals are good for Scouts and the next school year.

Class 3 Medical Form is required for any high adventure activities and for adults over 40.

Adults over 40 must have a physical every year.
